How to Apply

Step 1: Contact your former secondary school and request a copy of your credit counselling summary, transcript, and index card.

Step 2: Download and complete the Registration Form.

Step 3: To complete the application process, you must call the campus you are interested in attending to make an appointment.

Step 4: Make sure you bring the items listed in the checklist below to your appointment.

  • Credit Counselling Summary

  • Transcript

  • Index Card

  • Completed Registration Form

  • Proof of Address (must be one of the following: utility bill, bank statement, phone bill, or lease)

  • Photo ID (can include a driver’s licence, health card, permanent resident card, etc.)

  • $30.00 Activity Fee (cash only and non-refundable)
